Sorry to hear that mate, but if you want to sell in Ebay's world, get use to it, they have opened the flood gates and if they don't close them very soon it'll all be over for all of us honest sellers.

You won't win the case because you can't prove it, as i've said many a times as far as Ebay is concerned the buyer MUST be right.
