I was just thinking that PP should be telling that buyer she has no case at all now.  

Opened and closed a case with eBay - there should have been some block in place to advise her that there were no further options.

Sort of makes me shudder to think what possibilities are open to 'buyers' (and I use that term loosely), when one door has been opened and closed, that the other one opens and says 'come on in'.

What hope have sellers got if that is allowed to happen?
