It seems lately, they (eBay) are just making up and changing rules as they go.  These boards are evidence of that.  Constant inconsistencies !  It's happened to me.  On one occasion they remove the unfair defect, second time, even with a message from the buyer stating it was an error - no go - they refuse to remove !  They are pathetic !!
