Unbelievable, had a good Ebay customer service experience myself a while back,  OS cutomer threatened to leave negative feedback if we did not pay his import duties, pointed out we cover that on our listings stating import duties are the buyers responsibility not ours, any how still left a NEG, contacted Ebay support (email) under Feedback Exstortion, nothing happened for a couple of days, so did it again, and within in minutes the NEG was removed. Any how 2 weeks later got a email obviously  from the first email we sent from a Ebay customer supprt person, explaining how they would not remove the NEG as far as they were concerned this reflected the buyers overall buying experience with us, and therfore the NEG would not be removed. Guess what i laughed at that one as another Ebay customer service person had already removed it. So just go to show the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing in Ebay customer service.
