I admit I have had a few in the past. I work away and cant always post in time. I generally let people know. This guy emailed me the day after paying and asked when is it being posted. I checked my messages the next day and replied. He had already spat the dummy because I had taken 12 hours to reply to his message. I am going to chalk this one up to experience. I have just left my weekly feedback for about 200 items so I should start getting some positive ones to push that down the list. I will remove my free postage option and put in maximum handling time. This will off course mean Ebay will bombard me with emails on how to improve my seller rating, but so be it.
