It's difficult to say, eBay. credit card chargebacks, etc always the potential to be successful for the buyer when it comes to pick-up, so if you are very concerned, the best thing I can advise is the same as kopes - when someone comes to collect, take all the details mentioned (a scan of photo ID, would be the best thing, and have them sign a collection receipt).
If a dispute or chargeback is raised, you can provide those to defend it, but more importantly, don't forget that the eBay / PayPal dispute system is not the final word on any case. The outcome is disputable, and if all else fails, you have all the necessary information to file a police report.
Thanks. I think I will edits my listings, gonna take a while, and quote that ID will be recorded etc etc on pickup.
