Australia Post quoting problems

Hi there,

I am trying to do a quote for multiole postage.  I put it in a box and it weighed between 1 and 2 kg and the postage from Victoria to NSW came out at nearly $20.  I have an expandable tough bag and Tb6 and when I try and put the measurements into the Australia Post website it says that it is too long.  I dont understand this anymore and Australia Post website used to be really easy to work quotes out but not anymore.  Does anyone know an easier way.

Thanks,

Mumscats

so what are the measurements?  what is TB6

The bag says 670 mm x 405 mm x 115 mm.  I put it in as this and says that the 115 is too big.  I dont understand because this is an Australia Post product.

because the calculator needs cm not mm

so change it 67 x 40.5 x 11.5

And remember ordinary postage is going up on Monday

PS:  I've just remembered what a TB6 is Smiley Very Happy

OK thanks,  I just did the quote and it came out at nearly $25.00 for 2 items of Tupperware, this is crazy.  I dont understand how they can charge so much.  Postage of an ordinary parcel between Melbourne and Sydney used to be about $13 or $14.

max length AP will take is 105cm....

can change in the custom setting ....

Yes, I got $21.90.

Can you get it in a box?   B2 $13.45, B4 $17.45

405mm x 670mm 115mm gusset

the length is 670mm

yes, it makes no difference to the answer tho, still $21.90
