ebay scammer

i bought a $750 phone.It came with a crack screen and dont work.Is sad that ebay cannot solve the problem.The case was close with no conclusion.

If you paid via PayPal then open a case for INAD in their resolution centre.

 

Buying mobile phones online is very risky unless buying from one of the major retailers with a genuine warranty.

You probably let the case time out, when you should have asked ebay to step in.

 

Open a case in Paypal and don't let it time out.

i did asked ebay but they cant do nothing .the scammer is selling a damage phone on ebay again

Coming back to this thread after 9 days would  indicate that you let the case time out.

 

"I did asked eBay"... what does this mean?

Are you saying you opened an item not as described case, followed it through and eBay sided with the seller?

 

And did you do these things within the time limit given?

 

Can you please explain what you mean by you 'asked eBay' ?
