Hi , item should have a printed receipt included which should note the item number and Seller ID , from there you can contact the Seller via my-ebay message and request advice from the Seller
(use ebay message rather than direct webmail as this is your evidence of actions observed by ebay)
Seller should then confirm Seller error in sending to wrong address and probably write off item - end of your concern
