Hi There,

I came across one of the fake Hawaiian's in an antique shop in the blue mountains over the weekend.

I ran over to it when I saw the $55 price tag, however, as soon as I picked it up I could tell something wasn't quite right.

As a few others had previously mentioned, there are no fittings. I also noticed the base seems to split in half (whereas the authentic ones dont). And there are far to many bubbles/lines under the black paint near the toes, and the side of the lady (I have attached a picture to try and show what I mean). Very hard to tell in pictures on the listings, so if unsure of what you're bidding is the real deal, request pictures of the base, feet and side to see what they look like.
