I've just been charged for another year for eBay plus, and unfortunately I didn't remember when the automatic payment would take place. I no longer want it, as it's not been of any use to me in a while, so I want to cancel it and also receive a refund. I know how to cancel it online, but I don't know how to go about getting a refund, since the customer service line is not in action at the moment, due to the corona virus.
What should I do to get this in motion?
