Hi

I've been trying to register for Ebay managed payments so that I can accept other forms of payment as well as Paypal, however my bank account name is the name of my business and is registered in both my and my husbands' name but the eBay account is registered in my name, the information is telling me when I register that the bank account name and the eBay name need to be the same. I don't know what to do here as I can't change the bank account name and when I've tried calling eBay for assistance it's just a voicemail directing everyone to the website.

Please help....
