Hi Guys,

I am hoping to join the ebay plus program in Australia. However, i got the error message "This program is only available to account registered in Australia and payment currency in AUD" . Does anyone had experience with that whereas their account was registered/opened oversea before moving to Austrakia?

Your account is showing as Australia.

Maybe try 'Live Chat' available under the 'help' tab

It shows Hong Kong to me, at the side which I think it causing the problem

Still Australia at the top for me and Hong Kong at the side

OK, I see that part now.

But it's down towards the bottom left, not near the top, which is why I didn't notice it as I didn't scroll down the page.
