I would like to buy from this seller

but the postage is horrendous. 

I've tried sending him emails about the postage. I'm ignored.
I've tried reporting the item and it seems I am being ignored as well by E-Bay.
Every item is $450.99 to post from either China or Germany in his WHOLE shop.
Should I just give up?
