I go into internet settings to clear all.
Search control panel then internet options and select delete.
You will then be given the option to clear cookies, temp internet files, autofill details etc.
Then I also clear history from browser.
And if you want to be really good, also run a scan in windows defender.
(And stawks will stamp her foot if called ima) 
Normally I would stamp my foot.
But it's Christmas, so I'll let it slide - for now
