I don't know, how have you tried to contact them?

 

The call center has been closed for 18 months due to Covid and emails are bot automated as they have been for years

 

There is 'eBay help' at the top of the page, apparently that starts out as a bot but if you click enough you might get a human ?  (not tried it myself) 

 

 

Depending on what you need to know/need help with, fellow members here can give you far better advice than a CS agent overseas who has no experience as a buyer or seller and reads from a script on the screen

 

Unless it is something like giving you a refund or making changes to you account, which other members can't do
