Hi all

does anybody have personal experience with purchasing something that break after 30 days but within 12 months.

I bought a pair of motorcycle boots and the toe guard fell off the the first time I wore them, I wasn’t aware until I got home and took my boots off.

ebay won’t refund because it’s after 30 days and PayPal won’t refund because the boots were not defective when they were delivered.

I suspect they are counterfeit as the box is unbranded and the toe guard does not meet the soul of the boot as per the photo in the original eBay listing shown below.
