Yes it is a very very common scam, posted about hundreds of times on the forum

Nothing to with eBay, it is just one of the companies the scammer's recording pretends to be from

Very very lucky it cut out since you intended to go ahead and press one

You might want to have a look on the forum at what has happened to other people who do so

And the next time you get such a call, do NOT press one
