I am currently selling a few items on eBay and recently received a message that appears to be from eBay. However, I have never received a message like this before, which makes me concerned that it might not be legitimate.

I also checked my account on the official eBay website, and the item has not been marked as sold. Because of this, I would like to confirm whether the message I received was actually sent by eBay or if it could be a scam.

Could you please help me verify this?
