my email is fine with messages from anywhere else,just ebay ones for items ive listed,sold or payout notifications

nothing in spam,worst part is that theres no one to contact at ebay,there isnt even a category in seller help

lol....just bluff your way through (like we all do)

Earlier today I made a purchase and at first it seemed as though I hadn't received the confirmation email. It wasn't in my inbox or spam folder. Eventually I found it had been sent straight to my archive folder! 

I'm using a little tablet, so if others who are not getting emails are using a phone or tablet to check email rather than a desktop, maybe check other folders ( or 'all mail') .

The odd thing is that I'm still getting other eBay emails going to inbox or promotions folders- just the purchase email went walkies.

I sold a couple of items today.

Email notifications came through, as always.

I do check my Overviews daily, so a lack of notifications would not impact my ability to process sales.

I'm receiving all emails from eBay OK, using WIN 10 and Thunderbird email server.
