Thanks for the clue, I have been searching for an answer to this problem, eBay Help pages useless, Chatbot so limited it is pointless, and then could not get the bot to put me onto a real person, it just got stuck and I couldn't do anything. I was thinking I could no longer source things from eBay but tried Google in the end, which sent me to a question in this community that didn't help either but  I looked about and found this answer.

Yes, disabling the ad-blocker has worked.
