Leaving the item in your cart should not prevent you from using the cart for other purchases; you may have to use the "pay only this seller" option to avoid buying the non-removable item -- unless you are trying to purchase multiple items from the seller of the non-removable item. In that case, use a browser to sign in to a different country site and use the cart for that purchase, as each country site has its own separate cart system.
