There is no need to contact eBay to do this, and no need to contact the seller

Very simple and quick to do, as long as you are within the 30 day time limit

If you have left it longer than what eBay cover, PayPal give 180 days or as a last resort, a bank charge back

Which are all things a buyer can do themselves

But I would also not buy from sellers registered in China who have horrid feedback
