I'm presuming that you're registered to sell, signed up for managed payments and have already received payment for your more expensive $360 item/s ?
As you haven't sold for a long time, eBay will treat you as a new seller and transaction holds apply.
What does it show in the payments tab in your Seller Hub ?
In working hours , if you click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page in my last link, you'll see the automated assistant on the right.
Ask to speak to an agent, explain that the buyer's left you feedback and they may release your payment earlier.
