Ebay does not read here and they certainly will not answer your queries by email.  The boards are run by volunteer members who try to help with problems.

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and rebooting your computer....that often helps with the login loop.

I would suggest you ring ebay if this does not solve the problem.
