Constantly getting Late Shipment Defects - MAJOR GLITCH

For the past half a year now I have been constantly needing to cal eBay customer support to remove my late shipment defects. All my items get sent within 1 business day from purchase and have a tracking number provided with them proving when it was sent.
However even though when I send a batch of 30 or so items, still 3 or 4 of them will be tagged as late shipment so I always need to call customer support so they can get rid of them(getting too many effects my top seller level), this has been like a part time job but nobody I speak with on the phone can offer any resolution to my issue and it's clearly a glaring problem with the system so can anyone from the technical team take note of this issue and deal with it, or can anyone else here confirm that it is also happening to you? It is taking up so much of my time that I desperately need.
