Then you need to sort it with eBay or just keep ringing them as that has been an issue since it's inception and

 

it's caused major headaches for a number of members/sellers,(as they still haven't fixed it don't expect it to

Just keep in mind that the Call option is only available during business hours,

 

(8 am to 9 pm Mon to Fri and 8 am to 5 pm on Sat and Sun).

 

Have them call you seems to be the best option.
