Cache has been cleared a number of times.  I have turned the virus scanner off and still have the same issue.  I can;'t even pay it on my phone so it can't be my settings on the computer.  Sometimes I can pay after I close the screen a thousand times and then it will let me pay one item at a time for a few goes and then nothing again for a few thousand times of openning and closing the screen.

Computer is shut down and restarted every day, and this happens everyday after i turn it on.

I have even tried it on a another computer that runs Firefox and still has the same issue.

I have tried it on Internet Explorer 11, Firefox (latest Version). & Chrome (latest Version).  I am running WIndows 7 but should not have any impact as I mentioned in my earlier replies I can use paypal login through other websites fine, its only when I use Ebay.

Looks like i am going to have to shut ebay account down and purchase my stuff elsewhere if this isn't resolved.

I have tried all the tricks under the sun - even taken off ad blockers etc, even add the urls into as the trusted site.

Fustrating and annoying it is.
