Ebay must have fixed the issue as it seems to be working again without any issues.  I didn't do anything, just left the computer and stopped using Ebay for a week and seem to have fixed itself.  As mentioned in my earlier messages it was only when I was in ebay that I had issues, I could use paypal in any other webpage and had no issues.

So I say ebay must have fixed the issue.

Everything seems to be working again.
