I've just been looking through my bank account history. It seems Afterpay DID repay the money...eventually...they just didn't say anything about it. I guess they didn't want to admit they made a mistake (several times).

I guess I should take back my comment about terrible customer service.

But it should never have happened in the first place - and it shouldn't keep happening to other eBayers.
