What browser are you using? Sometimes trying another browser (or a private or incognito browser window) can help.

Try disabling your ad blocker on the eBay sign-in page. If you are using Firefox, try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection on the sign-in page using the shield icon to the left of the page address.
