To clarify, I want to link to a new paypal account as I've recently expanded from a hobby to a business, so I have to separate my business from personal.  I have successfully deleted the previous paypal account so there is no paypal linked. Now when I go to Account Setting, Paypal Account and press the button "link my Paypal account" I get directed to paypal login, I login in, it tells me "You're almost done linking your accounts, You have successfully signed up for PayPal with a credit card" (which is weird, because I haven't added a credit card). Then returns me to eBay where nothing has happened.
