Firstly, I recieved a strange phone call from the U.S. about a $299 payment.

They wanted me to authorise it, or cancel it.

I knew nothing about it so I said cancel it, and they said they wanted to cancel my account.

I hung up.

But now I can't reset my password.

I think someone has changed it?

Please help!
