Our buyers can click on the "request total" from their cart, and that commits any BIN purchases, but we're not getting any notification of their request.

 

We're sending an invoice to them when we notice that we've had multiple purchases (only in eBay, not in our emails), but have no idea if buyers who have won auctions have requested an invoice.

 

Live chat was no help at all, just telling us that we had it set up correctly and that the buyers had to request the invoice before completing checkout.  They had!
