It was a pop up when the front page loaded. Telling me if I use the ebay mobile app I get $5 off my purchase. Yet when I copied the code and applied it at checkout it gives me that error message. It's for orders over $30. What I'm ordering is over $50 so it qualifies. Yet the code doesn't work.

No I didn't read the T&C's. I've never had a problem before.
