Anyone know the best way I can get in contact with ebay?

I brought ebay plus tonight because I seen the deal for free $50 vouchers and paid for ebay plus the page was lagging so I closed it and the money was withdrawn from my bank 

Now I can't find my voucher its not there when I checkout I have no idea what to do
