Hello I keep getting an email from Ebay I don't know if it is a bill or a refund  I recall purchasing batteries for a bosch drill a while back but they failed when recharged  and the people I purchased  them from refunded the money  Which I think was $ 119.00  screen shot of email attached .

Hope we can sort this out
