Is anyone else having problems with their items getting stuck in the awaiting postage category.

I now have two items that have been dispatched with tracking updated that will not allow to be marked as sent.

They are now overdue for dispatch by a few days and it's concerning me it will interfere with my account.

Have spoken to eBay four times about the first one not being able to mark as sent, and now there is two.

Because they blend in with my other orders awaiting postage, I have to be careful not to dispatch them again.

Any thoughts?
