Sold an item.
Specified Australia Post as postage service and said in the item description Aus Post would be used.
eBay sends a link in email to print postage label.
Stupid me doesn't read the email fully thinking it would be for the postage option specified in the auction and in the email it says "Total: AU $317.15 + AU $23.80 postage" Yeah, $23.80 is the postage cost via Aus Post as chosen when creating the auction.
I click the link in the email and next thing I know a Sendle label appears.
Sendle isn't even offered in the 'Standard services' drop down when making the auction.
So I cancel the Sendle label on the Sendle website but this doesn't flow back to eBay. That's a problem.
I purchase an Aus Post label and send the item.
Now they're trying to bill me for the Aus Post label.
I now have to contact support to sort this out.
The email they send with subject "Your buyer paid. Here's a postage label for ... " is deceptive.
8am. Here we go.
