Thanks all for the suggestions.  I cleared the cache and have some functionality on my pc - but have to go through the "watch list" pull down and then "vie all items you are watching".    I can't get to the watch list thought the usual "my ebay" pull down.  Still no worky on the iphone though.

Hopefully it will come good.
