Not sure which listing you looked at but after double checking I had 3 listings where the handling time was listed as 2 days, I've changed those to be one day. The estimated delivery date though was between 6-9 days (or 4-7 business days which is accurate). If you are in a different state it could add a few days (on top of the extra day handling time for those 3 listings) though and weekends aren't included so maximum close to 2 weeks sounds about accurate.

It would definitely be worth losing some money on tracked parcels in order to have the restrictions lifted but I tried this already since eBay support suggested and it didn't work, so I'd be sceptical to try it again. Thank you for the suggestion anyway - If someone from eBay ends up replying to this and says that will work for sure then I'd definitely do it but at the minute I don't see it being worth the risk since it already didn't work after doing it for more than a month. I haven't had any late postage defects but eBay support suggested using tracked parcels to show that I was sending them from my address (or suburb at least).
