I have tried during business hours 5 times in the last six weeks. I only discovered Ebay community that time of night, so I thought I would vent my frustrations, but they fell on deaf ears.

It was meant to be hopeless, referring to my efforts to get Ebay to solve my problem.

you were asked what the issue was so other members could try to offer help/advise but you weren’t interested

As I asked initially, what is the problem? We (the eBay community) may be able to help.
