1 - Yes, the FB was bad, but that is nothing unusual.  Other sellers selling the same type of product were worse.  Most of the 100% sellers nowadays are those who just opened their store, which means they stopped using the account with bad FB, and let it rest until the bad FB expires. 
2 - I did look for the seller location but could not find it.  The fact that such vital info has to be searched for is 100% ebay fault.  It used to be on the FB page.  But its NOT there.  The screenshot I posted is of the FB page.

3 - when seller list with fake location and ebay says that is acceptable, that is is not OK, and it only encourages deceptive listing.

4 - Why do you think buyer cannot cancel?  There is a button to request cancellation within certain time.  It was always available, or at least for many years. 

Anyway, the seller now responded and refunded.
