Yeah, I have a huge parcel here that needs to be sent across the world, the buyer has paid for the postage but eBay instead of assisting with this parcel being sent instead they hold the funds because I'm a new seller. Yeah that's fine but your also holding on to this persons money that they paid for us to be able to send the item.  "eBay" bringing buyers and sellers together is your one and only service and obligation. Yet your sitting in the middle of the buyer and seller holding on to the very money we need to post the item.  Your a a spanner in the works contradicting the very thing your supposed to be assisting with. Your customer support sucks! Saying they completely understand but can't help? Because of unrealistic greedy pricks like eBay with a patronizing un genuine customer help that can't help and policy's that contradict Your own service .
