Ok this is what I do on a good day.
Breakfast
A piece of toast with a little bit of marg and a smear of peanut butter........coffee with 2 sugars and lite milk.
Lunch.
A low fat cheese and lettuce sandwich and a cup of coffee with 2 sugars and lite milk.
Dinner.
A protein, potato and a veg.
Snack.
Sometimes nothing but sometimes a cube of chocolate ect, nothing over about 30 calories.
IF I snack its on natural almonds or I tend to go for about 10 grapes.
I do that, on average 5 out of 7days.
I also allow a fat day once a week, this is a day where I just dont count calories.
Exercise.
30 minutes to an hour and a half 4 times a week.

Crystal, that would be a normal diet for me, but I gain weight eating that much. I'm sure I gain weight cooking for OH. I also have a thyroid issue, which I think is under control with medication.
I wish I was rich like Oprah I could have my own chef to cook me low fat meals all the time.
