After 2 weeks on the Optifast meal replacement shakes, it's time for something nice
Stuffed vegetarian mushrooms.
Stuffed with diced tommies, olives, bread crumbs, cheese and fresh chives.
With baby spinach.

Well OH was cooking. He's done his bit with the sauce. Up to me to cook the fettuccini.
Its the Vero one, cant seem to find the latina one I used to buy.

I'm currently on about 633 calories per day, some days maybe up to 800. Well done Crystal, i'm finding it slow going due to medication i'm on for Breast Cancer, but i'm winning so far.

It is Crystal, it's the Optifast meal replacement shakes. I am also walking for 1hr per day, I feel OK, if I started to feel I needed more I would have it. Some day's I will have a veg stir fry, or steamed fish, I drink 2lt of water per day as well.
