yep, love my mouli

he gets a lot of work here for purees and sauces (lousy spoon rest and not very good rice washer thingy LOL)

I put cooked potato through it for dauphinoise potato too

tried to mince em a few times and they made all the starch come out of the potato and made the dauphinoise explode!

It would have to be 10 years old and still looks new. One of my better buys lol.

At the time I felt obliged to buy something.

 Nice to see mouli still has a place in your kitchen then
