It's starting to take shape Freddie, tiles are looking great 🙂  Least you now have a loo 🙂

Good morning ladies.  Had guests for dinner last night and one was here when I got home from my walk around 2 so didn't get a chance to pop in.  I looked in late and started a post but the computer turned itself off to update so I left it off.

Bushie, I think that rose might be a peace rose.  It's lovely anyway as are b3's.

One of my guests (cousin) last night is on a very strict diet because of heart problems so I tried to work around that.  We had roast turkey breast roll and lots of vegies then raspberries set in diet jelly with coconut blanc mange made with skinny milk and splenda (artificial sugar) - it all turned out very nice.  He went to the heart specialist last Thursday and he told him if he wanted to be here much longer, he had to do something about his weight.  His heart is 40% down, his blood pressure was high, he has diabetes, only 1 working kidney, a little cancer left after a prostate op that they check regularly and a bad back, so I can understand the urgency.

That's why I have to walk every day - our family is genetically large framed and height deprived and walking keeps my diabetes in control and weight down.  I have lost 40kgs over the past 2 years.  Could lose another 5 but it doesn't want to leave me .

We are off to the big smoke today, need to buy "important" stuff like sight wire and clips for the Chrissie lights lol, might just do some grocery shopping as well
