I think fat is a feeling.  

 

You see some people that are quite overweight and they are very downbeat and weary looking.  Then you see others that are the same weight and they are upbeat and confident and happy and you don't even notice their weight because they look great anyway.

Icy you can post whatever you like whenever you like as far as many on here are concerned and nobody has the right to lecture you. 

 

I only had to put on a kilo and I'd work like mad to get it off.

I starved myself for years and never knew that I probably had an eating disorder. I never ate a sweet or desert.

 

I still obsess about my weight and I'm forever on a diet, if I see myself reaching a level that I know is just going to take me that much longer to get off,  on the diet again.
