I have a Baby Q outside my kitchen so I think I'll take up your suggestion. Pork and Fennel snags from my local butcher and salty potato salad. HP sauce is another one of my favourites on snags too.

Impressive dessert!  I reckon I will bookmark that and have a go at it one day.  The video shows it to be a lot easier than it looks.

I never buy sausages with plastic skins.

Neither do I but don't let that stop some from raining on a really yummy thread. Woman Wink

Smiley LOL  Who's raining?  I eat sausages, but not the plastic.  They are so much nicer and a lot of the fat is dispelled from them.

My favourites are chorizo.

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

On question.

Why is it that most sausages bend when cooking? One can not cook them evenly on all sides when they curl up like a half moon.

No, I don't have a B-B-Q, have to use a fryng pan or the grill.

Because sausages need to be pricked before, or whilst cooking. Hence the reason they are usually the male domain.
